Thanks to our robotic cutting machines that accurately sort the different types of cuts, this process at San Vicente and Lo Miranda is now a lot more efficient – leaving time for us to focus our efforts on quality control.

Our Rosario plant uses state-of-the-art technology and has fully-automated processes, guaranteeing the consistency, quality and diversity our clients need and expect of our pork products.
At the same time, as a preemptive measure and to help avoid risk, we follow strict sanitary protocols during each stage of the process.
At our Sopraval plant in La Calera, many parts of our individual turkey processing stations are fully-automated.
This helps us increase production rates without having an effect on our excellent product consistency and quality.
