San Vicente and Lo Miranda Processing Plants

Precision is key when it comes to chicken cuts, given the wide variety we offer to our clients. Thanks to our robotic cutting machines that accurately sort the different types of cuts, this process at San Vicente and Lo Miranda is now a lot more efficient – leaving time for us to focus our efforts on quality control.

In the video you’ll see that both plants are equipped to produce processed products such as hamburgers and nuggets. And, you’ll catch a glimpse of how we use Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) – helping us innovate daily.
